For new startups, after payment and submission you can typically be listed in 30 mins or less. Our systems run an automation to produce a screenshot and test your website to check some basics like what software stack your website runs on. Then we check it against our Community Guidelines before publishing.

We actually manually review every Startup that is submitted here against our Community Guidelines and you will receive a refund if we reject your Startup for reasons that it is not a good fit for our website.
As per our Terms & Conditions, users who abuse our Community Guidelines (eg, posting the same Startup multiple times to generate SEO backlinks, gaming the voting system etc) we reserve to the right not to refund you.
