The submission fee for updating a listing is ONCE for each update. Updates will remain online, forever.
Therefore, we recommend you update all the datapoints you wish at once, rather than just updating one at a time as you will need to pay for each submission.
We manually review the updates before going live. You can typically expect updates to get published within 12 hours (Mon-Fri business hours USA EST).

We check our submissions manually and if we feel there has been mistakes, fraudulent information or it doesn’t pass, we will refund you automatically. Please note that we use Stripe Payments, which can sometimes take 3-4 days for the refund to hit your account.
As per our Terms & Conditions, users who abuse our Community Guidelines (eg, posting the same Startup multiple times to generate SEO backlinks, gaming the voting system etc) we reserve to the right not to refund you.
